Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level corporate associate with expertise in healthcare mergers and acquisitions to join their team in Dallas, TX. The successful candidate will work with partners and associates to advise healthcare clients on strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Duties

  • Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures in the healthcare sector.
  • Assist with corporate formation and operational strategy.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage corporate matters.
  • Collaborate with partners and associates on client projects.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and/or joint ventures in the healthcare industry.
  • Admitted to the bar in the state of Texas.
  • Excellent oral communication, writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with clients and advisors.

Education

  • Outstanding academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the state of Texas.
