In this role you drive and coordinate customer projects within a global packaging-technology context, acting as the bridge between customers, sales, engineering, and product management. You own the technical integration of printing and vision-inspection solutions, lead demonstrations and training, and support products throughout their life cycle. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution in a fast-moving, international environment. Your efforts help customers optimize lean production using innovative automated printing and inspection capabilities.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Interface between customers, sales, engineering and product management
- Project management of customer projects from pre-sales to after-sales
- Technical responsibility for integrating printing solutions with workflow and vision inspection
- Conduct product demonstrations and training at internal and client sites
- Provide content support for product information
- Support products throughout their lifecycle
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Completed technical education (e.g., mechanical engineering)
- Strong IT affinity (cloud systems, ERP) and mechanical engineering/design background
- Professional experience in project management for integrating workflow solutions and camera/vision inspection systems (Nicelabel/Loftware, Bartender, Codesoft, Cognex, Quali Vision)
- Basic knowledge of software and automation
- Very good English; German a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally (~20%)
- Passion for new digital tools
- Team player with enthusiasm and the ability to inspire others
- Structured, solution-oriented, independent working style
- High level of service and customer orientation
