Experteer Overview

In this role you will be a key point of contact for end users in an international Geneva-based environment, contributing to local IT infrastructure and projects. You will deliver onsite support, resolve incidents, and assist with the deployment of IT initiatives while promoting user adoption of digital tools. You will work closely with global IT teams and external vendors to maintain equipment, optimize services, and drive continuous improvement. This position offers the chance to shape user experience and support a collaborative, cross-functional IT function in a regulated, multilingual context.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Provide onsite IT support for hardware, software, collaboration tools, mobility, and meeting room tech
Manage and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents
Participate in deployment and follow-up of local and global IT projects
Support user adoption of digital tools and deliver training when needed
Ensure high-quality user experience and service levels
Collaborate with global IT teams and external vendors
Maintain IT equipment and infrastructure
Contribute to IT procedures, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
2–3 years of IT support and/or infrastructure experience
Hands-on end-user support experience
Knowledge of Microsoft environments (Office 365, Outlook, Teams, Windows)
Familiarity with desktops, mobility, networking, and conferencing solutions
Initial experience or strong interest in IT projects and user enablement/training
ITIL knowledge is a plus
Experience in a regulated environment is advantageous
Fluent French and professional English required
