Experteer Overview
As Structural Consultant at CREE, you will shape timber-hybrid, multi-story projects by applying engineering know-how to the CREE System. You will support partner onboarding, design pre-dimensioning, and technical workshops, while upholding quality across production and construction sites. You’ll build a global network within CREE, contribute to knowledge development, and promote core values. This role offers international exposure, hands-on problem solving, and a chance to impact sustainable building methods.

Aufgaben
- Provide consultancy in the design of international CREE projects
- Support onboarding of new Partners
- Pre-dimension building elements (CREE System elements)
- Organize, prepare, and conduct workshops for designers, contractors and suppliers
- Perform quality checks at production and construction sites
- Analyze technical solutions for international projects
- Contribute to continuous development of technical know-how
- Build and maintain close relationships within the CREE network
- Promote CREE’s core values
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Engineering
- minimum 5+ years in hybrid, timber, system, or precast concrete construction
- Proficient in Eurocode or North American building codes
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to use structural analysis software (RSTAB, RFEM)
- Autonomy in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility, initiative, responsibility, and lateral leadership skills
- Advantage: knowledge of REVIT, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD
- Advantage: knowledge of F#, Python, RSTAB-API, or other programming languages
- Advantage: understanding of building physics
