Experteer Overview
In this role you design scalable, end-to-end experiences for dashboards and notebook exploration, transforming complex observability data into clear insights for diverse users. You work with product, design, and engineering to balance power and accessibility, contribute to the Strato Design System, and explore AI-assisted features to accelerate discovery. You will conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, shaping how users query, visualize, and act on data at scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design scalable end-to-end dashboard creation, customization, and sharing experiences
- Design notebook-based exploration blending queries, visualizations, and documentation
- Contribute to the Strato Design System
- Balance flexibility with simplicity for power users and newcomers
- Design interactions for complex tasks like building queries, visualizations, filtering, templating dashboards, and notebook collaboration
- Explore AI-assisted features to help users discover insights
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 6+ years designing and shipping digital software products
- Experience with enterprise software or an engineering background preferred
- Strong foundation in UX and visual design with proficiency in both low and high-fidelity prototypes
- Experience designing for web platforms and prototyping dev-ready interactions in Figma
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale
- Passion for user research and usability testing and ability to synthesize feedback into actionable changes
- Collaborative mindset and adaptability to feedback
