In this role you will lead and develop a presales team focused on Austria, ensuring customer problems are understood and value is demonstrated through compelling presentations, demos, and proofs of concept when appropriate. You will align resources with sales goals, mentor colleagues, and build a robust candidate pipeline to meet demand. The role combines strategic regional planning with hands-on coaching and cross-functional collaboration to advance ServiceNow’s AI-enhanced platform for customers. Verantwortungsbereiche

Ensure Solution Consultants (SCs) stay relevant to customers by thoroughly discovering business and technical problems and delivering high-quality presentations and demonstrations
Lead and develop team members to meet business demands and individual goals
Maintain recruiting pipeline of potential SC candidates
Collaborate with regional sales managers to prioritize Solution Consulting efforts by region
Allocate and monitor resources for sales opportunities and other marketing support, ensuring progress toward goals
Develop and deploy training curricula for the sales organization
Evaluate team performance via observation, peer feedback, and sales feedback
Ensure optimal resource alignment and utilization within the assigned region
Oversee day-to-day activities such as scheduling, expense reviews, and activity reporting

Zentrale Anforderungen

7 years of presales experience
Experience managing presales teams as 1st line management
Deep experience with the Austrian market and access to Austrian senior management
Coaching, mentoring, and management of individual contributors
Ability to motivate and inspire a growing team of Presales Solutions Consultants
Experience in Value Based Selling or Solution Selling
Strong understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and Service Management practices
Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
