In this role you will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end supplier lifecycle and risk management capabilities within Procurement Excellence. You will champion alignment with the S2P Roadmap and ensure data quality and governance across suppliers and raw materials. You’ll collaborate with global stakeholders to drive process harmonization, risk controls, and continuous improvement. Verantwortungsbereiche

Design and lead programs to harmonize end-to-end supplier lifecycle processes (onboarding, qualification, segmentation, relationship management, performance and risk).
Contribute to the development and enhancement of the supplier and raw material risk management framework.
Govern and deploy master data quality rules for procurement data ensuring consistency and compliance.
Support group initiatives and ensure alignment with procurement and enterprise priorities.
Identify synergies, quick wins, and drive continuous process improvement for efficiency.
Foster governance, collaboration, and clear communication across stakeholders.

Zentrale Anforderungen

Minimum 5 years of procurement expertise.
Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex global stakeholders, projects, and change initiatives.
Strong knowledge of project methodologies.
Strategic and solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Effective interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
