Experteer Overview

As the Solution Owner for M-Files and DocuSign, you drive our digital transformation by leading integration and optimization of these platforms. You will align IT with business partners and across business units to deliver secure, seamless collaboration. You will design and manage the platforms, educate users, and continuously improve performance while staying ahead of industry updates. This role offers broad impact across Mondi’s global organization and partners with internal teams to shape efficient, future‑ready processes.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Serve as the main liaison to central business counterparts, gathering demands and proposing solutions with cost-benefit perspectives
  • Own the design, deployment, and ongoing management of M-Files and DocuSign to meet evolving business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture insights, drive improvements, and enhance user experience
  • Coordinate implementation and ongoing support with partners to ensure effective operations
  • Provide training and ongoing support to users to maximize tool utilization
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
  • Stay informed about industry trends and platform updates to advocate new features

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • University degree in IT or similar
  • 3+ years of experience with M-Files, DocuSign or similar solutions
  • Strong understanding of document management and business processes
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Adaptable and eager to stay ahead of industry trends
