Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead the implementation of strategic HR projects for multinational clients
Analyze business needs and map them to Avature configurations and commercial strategy
Provide actionable feedback to Product Design and contribute to best-practice knowledge base
Review and guide Implementation Associates to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
Conduct workshops to validate requirements and define project scope
Demonstrate solutions and support user acceptance testing
Coordinate with data migration, integrations, analytics, and web portal teams for successful delivery
