In this role you will independently develop structural concepts and the overall design for international timber projects, contributing as a key member of the binderholz Engineering Team. You will collaborate with project, process, and client stakeholders to coordinate engineering solutions. The position offers a chance to influence timber design on a global scale within a family-owned company known for solid wood products. You will work in a cross-functional, execution-focused environment that values clear communication and autonomy.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Independently develop structural concepts and overall design for international timber projects and offers
- Serve as a key member of the binderholz Engineering Team
- Collaborate with internal Project Management and Process Engineering Teams
- Coordinate projects with clients and external stakeholders (Project Engineers, Architects, Quantity Surveyors, etc.)
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Structural/Civil Engineering degree
- Several years of experience in timber engineering or a comparable field
- Profound knowledge of common structural analysis software
- English language proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Independent, responsible and team-oriented mindset
