Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead the greenfield SAP SuccessFactors implementation focusing on Talent Modules to shape HR processes at Umdasch Group. You will work closely with HR and IT to translate business needs into scalable configurations and drive governance, innovation, and enablement. The position offers strategic impact on global HR systems and exposes you to modern tech and cross-functional transformation. You will contribute to the Talent Suite architecture and be open to expanding into additional HR solutions.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules (Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession, Recruiting)
Independently configure and customize based on business requirements
Collaborate with HR business leads, IT, and external partners to gather and validate requirements
Translate business strategies into system processes and technical configurations
Support governance, process harmonization, and user enablement
Drive continuous innovation and optimization of SF functionalities
Contribute to the Solution Architecture for the Talent Suite to ensure holistic, scalable design
Be open to learning other HR solutions (e.g., SAP HCM, SmartRecruiters) and support broader transformation efforts

Zentrale Anforderungen

3+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience (Talent Modules)
Familiarity with SAP HCM on-premise landscapes (PA/OM, interfaces) is advantageous
Strong communication skills bridging HR, IT, and management
Fluent English mandatory; German a plus
