Experteer Overview
We are looking for an experienced SRE to partner with engineering teams to build reliable, scalable, and high-performing systems. In this Embedded SRE role, you work closely with product and development teams to embed reliability practices into product development. You will drive incident response, automation, and capacity planning to sustain performance at scale. This is an opportunity to influence architecture and operations from within interdisciplinary teams and contribute to a culture of reliability and continuous improvement.
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and maintain reliable, scalable systems
- Drive incident management, post-incident reviews, and blameless retrospectives
- Develop and implement automation for deployment, monitoring, and reliability improvements
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, capacity needs, and performance optimizations
- Embed SRE practices into product development and lifecycle
- Partner with teams to define incident response plans and runbooks
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Experience as an SRE or in a similar reliability-focused role
- Strong understanding of system design for reliability and performance
- Proficiency in incident response, monitoring, and alerting practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Automation and scripting skills to reduce toil
- Experience with capacity planning and performance tuning
