As a Project Manager for IT and SAP transformations within the Business Solution HPM, you lead large, global programs from scope to risk. You’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams and partner with process owners and IT units to deliver on time and within budget. You will use Jira and Confluence to enable agile collaboration and keep stakeholders informed up to Steering Committee level. This role offers visibility across a global industrial leader driving digital transformation.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Manage large-scale IT and SAP transformation projects
Own scope, budget, quality, schedule, and risk management
Lead and coordinate global, cross-functional project teams
Collaborate with Business Process Owners, Solution Leads, and divisional IT units
Utilize Jira and Confluence for transparency and agile collaboration
Communicate with stakeholders up to Steering Committee level

Zentrale Anforderungen

University degree in Business Informatics, IT Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar
At least 8 years of international IT project management experience
Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA rollout projects
Project Management Certification preferred (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP)
SAP Activate Certificate preferred
Strong experience with Jira, Confluence and agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
Excellent communication and leadership in an international context
Fluent in English; German skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel internationally (20–30%)
