In this Senior Manager role, you lead multi‑stakeholder restructuring and advisory engagements to stabilise businesses facing liquidity challenges. You’ll work within Interpath’s Germany-focused team to deliver turnarounds for international and domestic clients, shaping restructuring plans and negotiations with banks, investors, and corporates. You’ll collaborate across specialists to raise Interpath’s profile as a premier advisor in restructuring and deals. This is a growth opportunity within a fast‑expanding, conflict‑free advisory environment.
Aufgaben
- Lead multiple workstreams to stabilise a client’s financial and operational performance
- Develop diagnostic assessments of business position, prospects, and liquidity forecasts
- Assess business plans and projections; identify risks and opportunities
- Identify robust restructuring solutions for stakeholders
- Guide clients through working capital improvement, cost reduction, bankruptcy preparation, liquidation analysis and credit negotiations
- Create and implement restructuring plans with integrated financial models and 13‑week cash flow forecasting
- Negotiate with stakeholders including corporates, investors, banks and lenders to gain support
- Build and maintain a network across private equity and corporates to identify opportunities
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues
- Oversee cross‑border and domestic restructuring & advisory engagements
- Support turnaround management, cash & liquidity management, and distressed M&A initiatives
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Senior manager level experience in restructuring and advisory
- Client-facing leadership with ability to manage diverse, international teams
- Experience in turnaround, liquidity management, and restructuring processes
- Ability to develop financial models, 13‑week cash flow forecasting, and scenario planning
- Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong network with private equity and corporate clients
- Mentoring and developing junior staff
