Experteer Overview

As Senior Legal Counsel at Horse Powertrain, you will support complex commercial transactions across regions and business units. You will partner with Purchasing, Sales, Operations, Engineering and Finance to secure deals that protect the company while enabling growth. You’ll improve contract templates, provide strategic advice on structure, risks and compliance, and align regional contracting practices. This role offers exposure to a global, fast-paced industrial environment and meaningful impact on our net-zero journey.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts (purchasing, sales, framework, tooling, service, confidentiality, amendments).
Provide strategic legal guidance on contract structure, risks, liabilities and compliance.
Support contract lifecycle management and improve internal templates and negotiation guidelines.
Coordinate with regional teams to ensure regional alignment of contracts.
Manage contract-related disputes, claims or escalations as needed.
Contribute to process optimization in a fast-paced, international setting.

Zentrale Anforderungen

Proven track record in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in an industrial or international environment.
Bachelor in Law (or Master’s) with a strong business acumen.
Outstanding written and spoken English; additional Spanish, French or Chinese a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and support cross-functional teams in a solution-oriented manner.
Strong understanding of purchasing/sales dynamics and contract risk.
