Experteer Overview

As an Embedded SRE at Dynatrace, you partner with engineering teams to weave reliability into the software lifecycle. You will design, implement, and maintain dependable systems with a focus on observability, incident management, and resilient patterns. You’ll own SLOs/SLIs and automate alerts and dashboards to enable proactive reliability. This role blends hands-on engineering with cross-team collaboration to shape the product’s reliability at scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Collaborate with engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain reliable systems from development to production
Use Dynatrace to ensure health and visibility across services
Lead high-severity incident handling, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
Own SLOs/SLIs, define relevant observability, and automate alerting and dashboards
Advocate for and implement resilience patterns (circuit breakers, retries, bulkheads) to build robust systems

Zentrale Anforderungen

SRE experience with partnering with development teams to integrate reliability into the software lifecycle
Hands-on monitoring and cloud-native infrastructure experience
Proven ability to lead and resolve critical incidents and drive long-term improvements
Strong collaboration and communication skills
