Experteer Overview

You will assess signing capacity, guide clients on Dutch corporate law, and coordinate with specialists to resolve tax, legal, and administrative issues. You’ll build and maintain client and advisor relationships, represent the company externally, and ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality standards. The role involves establishing client entities, preparing and organizing governance documents, and supervising junior staff. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to apply legal and tax expertise within a trusted, global specialist firm.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Assess signing eligibility and representative capacity
Detect and escalate tax/legal issues with specialists
Advise clients on Dutch company law
Investigate and resolve legal, fiscal, and administrational questions
Maintain and expand relationships with clients and advisers
Represent the company in external relations
Communicate with authorities and ensure regulatory compliance
Monitor customer acceptance and perform risk-based reviews
Establish client entities with notaries, banks, etc.
Accept Directorship roles with client approval
Prepare documents (powers of attorney, board/shareholder resolutions, agreements) and assess them
Organize and minute board and shareholders meetings
Contribute to high-quality standards and monitor internal procedures
Supervise Corporate and Support Officers

Zentrale Anforderungen

completed study of Dutch, notarial, and/or tax law
3–5+ years' relevant experience at a trust office, law firm, tax advisory, notary, or corporate lawyer
willingness to increase legal and tax knowledge
numerical and analytical skills
ability to take a helicopter view and connect with other disciplines
strong external and internal communication skills
proficiency in Dutch and English for document preparation and communication; other languages advantageous
strong customer focus and ability to build long-term client relationships
