Verantwortungsbereiche

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
Perform patient assessments, review histories, and determine optimal radiation approaches
Utilize CT, MRI, and PET imaging to accurately target tumors and plan treatment
Safely administer radiation therapy following established protocols
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed based on response
Educate patients and families about treatment, side effects, and supportive care
Stay updated on advancements in radiation oncology through CME and conferences
Contribute to research and clinical trials and integrate evidence-based practices
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation in compliance with regulations

Zentrale Anforderungen

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
Residency in Radiation Oncology from an accredited institution
Board certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology
Valid medical license to practice in California
Strong clinical acumen in designing and delivering radiation therapy
Excellent communication skills with patients and families
Commitment to patient-centered care and safety/quality standards
Proficiency with medical software, EHR, and treatment planning systems
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and pursue ongoing professional development
