Experteer Overview
In this role you will develop and validate desktop medical software using C++, while designing a cloud-based database for medical imaging data. You’ll run comprehensive software testing and author technical documentation to support regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver research-driven software solutions that advance MED-EL’s medical imaging and hearing-loss technologies. Aufgaben
- Develop and test desktop medical software applications using C++
- Design, implement and maintain a cloud-based database solution for medical imaging data
- Create and execute unit, integration, and regression tests
- Produce technical documentation (specifications, user guides, test plans) for regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative research-driven software solutions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in C++ and/or Python; hands-on experience with Qt (Qt Widgets or QML) is a plus
- Strong experience with SQL and database design, including cloud integration and data security
- Knowledge of SDLC tools, Git, and issue tracking workflows; familiarity with medical imaging, AI, or cloud-based software systems is an advantage
- Very good English; German a plus
