Experteer Overview
In this role you drive payment strategy across international markets, optimize authorization rates, and manage relationships with payment providers. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to implement technical solutions and improve payment logic for e-commerce and subscriptions. You’ll analyze country trends and work to reduce involuntary churn while increasing customer lifetime value. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to shape Tractive’s payment experience and stay ahead of evolving payment methods.
Aufgaben
- Steer strategic, international payment projects and deliver innovative solutions for customers
- Manage relationships with payment providers (e.g., Adyen, PayPal)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement technical payment solutions and improve payment logic
- Optimize payment authorization rates and other metrics across ecommerce and recurring payments
- Provide country-specific payment options and analyze trends for North America and Europe
- Drive initiatives to reduce involuntary churn and increase customer lifetime value
- Contribute fresh ideas and challenge the status quo
- Pursue continuous personal and professional growth through workshops and ownership of high-potential areas
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3+ years of payments management experience in a mid-to-large scale B2C SaaS environment
- Technical experience with payment provider integrations and API documentation
- Experience with chargeback management and fraud prevention tools
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Very good English skills
- Valid Austrian work permit
