Experteer Overview

In this role you will bridge business needs with IT to develop planning solutions that support Red Bull’s data-driven strategy. You’ll lead cross-functional projects affecting finance and sales planning across the global organization, shaping multi-year upgrades of planning processes and systems. You translate business requirements into implementable concepts and drive process improvements. You collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust, future-proof planning frameworks and oversee testing, cut-over, and knowledge transfer to operate globally.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Translate business requirements into system-based concepts for planning in Sales and Finance (Revenue Growth, Profitability, P&L, COGS, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Define project scope, document requirements, and align across cross-functional stakeholders
Manage projects end-to-end with appropriate PM methodology, timelines, work packages, and resource planning
Contribute to the next generation of planning by designing data flows and processes for a multi-year initiative
Set up and execute end-to-end testing; coordinate user acceptance testing with business stakeholders
Prepare detailed technical and process documentation; create go-live cut-over plans and provide training
Provide second-level support for planning systems and assist key users globally

Zentrale Anforderungen

Minimum of 5 years in Revenue Management, Finance, Controlling and/or Sales Systems
Strong knowledge of planning and reporting tools (e.g., SAP BW, SAP CRM, SAP BI-IP Planning, S4/HANA, SAC, Salesforce, Hyperion Financial Management)
Proven project management experience with tools (JIRA, Confluence, Workfront)
Solid accounting background and understanding of financial processes
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Travel willingness 0-10%
Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and implement solutions
