In this role you drive large-scale, AI-enabled transformations in utility settings, shaping how people work with advanced digital tools. You’ll lead enterprise change programs and partner with clients to embed responsible GenAI usage and governance. You apply data-driven insights and human-centered design to accelerate adoption and capability building. You help organizations operate with speed, scale, and continuous adaptation in a human + digital world.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support clients through large-scale reinvention, reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences amid data, automation, and GenAI
- Lead and design enterprise change programs to sustain new ways of working as technology and AI evolve
- Collaborate with clients to define GenAI use across the organization with readiness, skills shifts, workforce impact, and governance
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change
- Design agile, future-ready change strategies enabling seamless human-digital collaboration
- Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change solutions and personalized journeys
- Use GenAI to accelerate delivery of change content, learning assets, and manager enablement while ensuring quality and impact
- Help clients build scalable, lasting change capabilities for ongoing adaptation
- Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals, storytelling, and client relationships
- Be willing to travel as needed
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Minimum 5 years of consulting practitioner experience
- Minimum 3 years of Organization Change Management experience
- Minimum 2 years in technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of Utilities industry experience
