In this role you will lead IT initiatives across Sales, Finance, and eCommerce to drive digital transformation and business growth on a global scale. You’ll own projects from concept to go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver value-aligned solutions. You’ll shape the application landscape, optimize processes, and support sustainable adoption in an international environment. This is an opportunity to influence how Sales, Finance, and eCommerce applications enable global business success.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead international IT projects across Sales, Finance, and eCommerce from concept to deployment
- Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while proactively managing risks and dependencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on time and within budget
- Analyze processes with stakeholders and translate needs into clear requirements
- Oversee design, testing, deployment, and hypercare to ensure quality
- Manage go-live activities and coordinate with business, support, and partners for adoption
- Drive continuous improvement of Sales and eCommerce applications and governance
- Support change management and maintain transparent stakeholder communication
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics, or related field
- Five+ years of experience delivering IT projects or business application initiatives
- Proven track record across full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment
- Experience in requirements engineering, stakeholder collaboration, and external partners
- Hands-on experience with SAP and CRM solutions
- Exposure to Snowflake, reporting, and data analytics platforms is a plus
- CPG industry experience is a plus
- Fluent English; German a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Travel 0-10%
