Experteer Overview

In this role you lead end-to-end development programs for complex mechatronic systems, bridging customers and multidisciplinary engineering teams. You own project plans, schedules and budgets, and you guide risk and scope decisions to ensure on-time delivery. You collaborate with stakeholders across levels to maintain customer satisfaction and translate business cases into actionable plans. Based in Eindhoven, you drive progress from initiation to industrialization, shaping high-tech solutions for demanding industries.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Prepare quotations in collaboration with the account manager
Create and monitor project plans, schedules and budgets
Produce progress reports for internal and customer use
Manage risk and scope throughout the project lifecycle
Daily management of the project team
Coordinate stakeholder communication and facilitate steering committee meetings
Translate customer needs into actionable project actions and decisions

Zentrale Anforderungen

12+ years in high-tech systems development
8+ years in project management or team leadership
Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary development projects including production and NPI
Strong business sense balancing customer interests with company goals
Flexible to changing customer requirements while upholding agreements
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum, Prince II, IPMA, PMBOK, and CMMI
Fluent Dutch and English with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
