Experteer Overview

In this role you drive the evolution of Fabasphere’s frontend stack and lead a high-performing team. You deliver a modern, responsive, accessible UI built with cloud-native technologies and scalable web apps. You collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and ship frontend features on time, while fostering a culture of ambition, ownership, and excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong impact on product quality and developer experience.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Drive continuous frontend stack development and modernization
  • Deliver responsive, accessible UI in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ensure scalability and high availability of web applications using cloud-native tech
  • Prioritize and deliver frontend features on schedule
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the frontend team
  • Promote a culture of ownership, innovation, and high standards
  • Communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Lead by example in challenging situations

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • Degree or vocational qualification in IT (HTL, UAS, or university)
  • Several years of professional software development experience
  • Leadership experience in a technical team
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Experience with UI frameworks
  • Ideally experience with C++
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies and microservices
  • Excellent German and good English skills
