Experteer Overview

As a Financial Analyst in FP&A, you partner with G&A leaders to drive strategic insights and accurate forecasts. You’ll support monthly closes, quarterly updates, and the annual planning process, focusing on Global Real Estate, G&A spend, and capital expenditures. You work cross-functionally to improve visibility into risks and opportunities and help automate KPI reporting. This role offers visibility to senior leadership and a chance to shape a high-growth company’s planning and analytics strategy.

Partner with G&A leadership to deliver strategic financial insights and improve investment/appetite modeling
Support monthly close, quarterly forecasts, and annual planning for G&A, Global Real Estate, and CapEx
Perform variance analysis to explain deviations versus plan and forecast
Collaborate with Business Intelligence to automate KPI reporting and improve data accessibility
Assist in implementing and administering financial reporting and planning systems
Prepare proposals and present recommendations to senior leadership
Engage across finance and business partners to highlight risks and opportunities in operating plans
Contribute to data analytics strategy and cross-functional financial analyses
