Experteer Overview

In this role you drive transformation and continuous improvement within BRP-Rotax Finance. You partner with General Accounting, EFSSC and Controlling to boost efficiency, digital innovation, and process excellence. You lead cross-functional software projects and implement SAP FI/CO, while optimizing finance processes through automation. You will shape how finance operates, enabling data-driven decision making and scalable solutions. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence a global finance organization and its technology roadmap.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Coordinate, execute, and follow up on software-related projects across General Accounting, EFSSC, Controlling, and other departments
Prepare business cases and decision materials for Finance leadership
Conduct market research and benchmarking for software solutions
Implement SAP FI/CO projects in collaboration with the Finance IT Coordinator
Optimize Finance processes via automation and programming initiatives
Analyze and redesign processes such as CAPEX planning/reporting, digital fixed asset inventory management, and travel expense management

Zentrale Anforderungen

3–5 years of experience in a finance role
Project management experience is a strong asset
Advanced expertise in SAP FI/CO and Microsoft Excel
Fluency in German and English
Driven, proactive problem-solver with ability to deliver win-win solutions
Strong analytical skills and structured, proactive work approach
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication
