As Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, you will lead Go-To-Market for Dynatrace with Fortune 100 clients, managing a small portfolio of named and prospect accounts. You’ll shape multi-account strategies, drive executive engagement, and orchestrate cross-functional resources to deliver measurable value. The role focuses on platform sales in observability and security, leveraging hyperscalers to accelerate growth. You’ll operate in a high-velocity environment with a clear impact on revenue and market expansion.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Manage 2–3 enterprise named accounts and 2–3 prospects to uncover entry points and drive revenue
  • Execute account plans to maximize revenue potential within assigned portfolio
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and report status of opportunities using the MEDDPIC framework
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and other lines of business to craft solution strategies
  • Develop executive-level relationships (C-suite) and consult on enterprise-wide strategies
  • Demonstrate solutions with product demos, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives to generate velocity
  • Ensure successful implementations and post-sale expansion through cross-functional engagement
  • Leverage channel partners to broaden Dynatrace’s reach within named accounts
  • Position Dynatrace against competition and support enterprise-wide decision processes
  • Advance the sales process through co-sell and internal collaboration across supporting resources

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • Enterprise software sales track record across multiple business functions at executive level
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and compressing decision timelines
  • Proven success selling to the C-suite and closing six-figure deals
  • Outstanding organizational, written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build a diverse territory plan and leverage a sales ecosystem
  • Proven ability to acquire new business and drive high-velocity sales
  • Self-starter with motivation to perform against quota and develop VP/C-level relationships
  • Ability to develop and execute business plans and sales plays
  • Familiarity with MEDDPIC and cross-functional collaboration to maximize effectiveness
  • Knowledge of the observability and modern application market
  • Knowledge of hyperscalers and platform sales in end-to-end observability and security
