Experteer Overview
In this role you will optimize MED-EL's Dynamics 365 CRM landscape to support business needs across the IT and product teams. You will define governance, configure the CRM, and integrate it with external systems to enable scalable, reliable processes. The role emphasizes proactive collaboration, issue resolution, and clear documentation to ensure knowledge transfer. Aufgaben
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into CRM solutions
- Define and enforce CRM development standards based on best practices and governance models
- Configure the Dynamics 365 system, including workflows, user setup, data import, and security settings
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems and APIs, and work with integration tools
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain reliability
- Document system architecture and data flows to support knowledge transfer and smooth transitions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- CRM configuration proficiency (workflows, user setup, data import, SQL, security)
- Experience with integration tools and APIs
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive communication
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken
