In this role you guide EY@Work office fit-out projects from plan to delivery, ensuring alignment with EY@Work design principles and the D&P Playbook. You’ll lead technical delivery and strategic implementation across regions, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope. You’ll collaborate with regional leaders, project managers, and internal stakeholders while driving sustainability, agility, and wellness in the portfolio. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role within EY’s Real Estate Services ecosystem.

Aufgaben
- Deliver EY@Work office construction and fit-out projects across selected regions
- Contribute to business case development and EY@Work-centric conceptualization
- Oversee all design and construction phases, including procurement, budget control, approvals, and stakeholder facilitation
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure EY@Work implementation from initiation to closeout
- Serve as main liaison between business and project teams on D&P matters
- Resolve issues, escalate when needed, and drive D&P initiatives within RES
- Promote knowledge sharing and consistency across RES teams
- Drive cost savings, value generation, sustainability, wellness, and agility in RE portfolio
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and H&S standards
- Maintain D&P project reporting to stakeholders and RES leadership
- Manage performance of PM frameworks and any Master Services Agreements
- Support Regional Real Estate Leaders with D&P requests and reporting
- Share external best practices and support team development
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in design and construction
- Experience managing multicultural and virtual teams
- Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (preference for Degree and Master)
- Excellent written and verbal English, with strong presentation skills
- Senior and executive stakeholder management experience
- Experience client-side or as program manager (desirable)
- Strong influencing, negotiating, and relationship-building skills
- Experience delivering large, multi-geography office projects
- Ability to travel within geography and attend global meetings
