As Chief Medical Officer, lead clinical operations across our group of companies to deliver high-quality medical care while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost efficiency. You will shape clinical policies, oversee utilization review, and collaborate with health plans to improve outcomes. This role blends clinical leadership with strategic program oversight to drive quality, value, and compliance at scale. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement QA programs and promote best practices in patient care. Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead the clinical team to ensure delivery of high-quality medical care and services
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures meeting regulatory and accreditation standards
Oversee utilization review to ensure appropriate resource use and adherence to Medi-Cal and Medicare
Manage cost management initiatives to optimize resource allocation and improve financial performance
Collaborate with health plans to ensure compliance and improve health outcomes for members
Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes; implement quality assurance programs to enhance service delivery
Engage with stakeholders to promote best practices in clinical services and patient care

Zentrale Anforderungen

M.D. or D.O. degree with a valid California physician license
Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a leadership role
Demonstrated experience in cost management and utilization review within health plans
In-depth knowledge of Medi-Cal and Medicare regulations and practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with quality assurance processes, NCQA, and CMS guidelines is a plus
