Lead full lifecycle SAP delivery from initiation to deployment
Plan, schedule, and budget projects in line with PMO standards
Coordinate multi-vendor delivery teams with clear accountability
Develop integrated test strategies (SIT, UAT, regression, performance)
Define cutover and release strategies for global rollouts
Provide transparent governance updates and risk management to stakeholders
Collaborate with business leads to ensure readiness and benefits realization

Zentrale Anforderungen

10+ years managing large-scale SAP projects (ECC, S/4HANA, BW/BI, Ariba, SuccessFactors)
Experience with full lifecycle delivery (design, build, testing, cutover, go-live)
Global delivery experience (onshore/offshore)
Release management, cutover planning, and data migration expertise
Hands-on with PM tools: SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, MS Project
