Experteer Overview

In this role you coordinate labeling-related tasks and projects within Regulatory Affairs. You will support and maintain labeling systems and tools, and drive improvements to labeling processes. You’ll organize labeling documentation and assist with regulatory submissions and registrations. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, up-to-date labeling across markets. This position offers an international environment and impactful work shaping product labeling for hearing solutions.

Aufgaben

Coordinate and implement labeling tasks and projects
Support and maintain labeling systems including content management platforms, labeling applications, and eLabeling tools
Drive continuous improvement of labeling processes
Organize and manage labeling documentation and data files
Assist in preparing regulatory submissions, license renewals, and international registrations

Zentrale Anforderungen

Completed secondary education (e.g. HAK) or equivalent
Project management experience
Proficient in MS Office
Fluency in German and English
Motivated, detail-oriented with strong communication and proactive working style
