In this role you will lead the product vision for Wealth Management platforms and advisor/client experiences, driving impact across onboarding, servicing, reporting, and AI-enabled capabilities. You will work closely with engineering, data, UX, and operations to deliver modern, AI-first wealth platforms that scale across client ecosystems. You will translate business needs into PRDs, user stories, and workflows while managing risks and dependencies with executives. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role that shapes digital wealth experiences within Publicis Sapient’s transformation practice.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Wealth Management platforms and experiences
Act as a Wealth Management SME with knowledge of advisor workflows, households/accounts, UMA/SMAs, reporting, custodians, and operations
Translate business needs into PRDs, user stories, workflows, and product specs
Collaborate with engineering and architecture on APIs, data models, and platform modernization
Lead AI adoption in the product and delivery lifecycle using AI-enabled tools
Leverage AI-assisted frameworks to accelerate documentation, workflows, and delivery
Use data and user insights to inform prioritization and improve experiences
Adapt strategies to different client ecosystems and evolving AI capabilities
Communicate with business/tech stakeholders, managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs

Zentrale Anforderungen

8+ years in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or related Product Management roles
Strong experience with advisor platforms, client portals, onboarding, servicing, and wealth reporting ecosystems
Proven delivery of complex enterprise platforms in Agile/Scrum
Knowledge of APIs, data platforms, integrations, and cloud concepts (AWS preferred)
Practical experience using GenAI / AI-enabled workflows in product or delivery
Ability to operate across strategy, product, technology, data, and execution
Strong communication, structured thinking, and executive presence
